A French artist living and working in Paris, he has always painted, and his work explores the interactions between textures, colour harmonies and abstract forms, which he multiplies across a range of media from canvas to paper, including walls, wood and installations. His world, composed mainly of plant-like elements, plays on graphic repetition and visual loops, becoming both dreamlike and hypnotic. The date palms of Abu Dhabi, and its atmosphere characterised by contrasts between light and shade, desert and oasis, could not fail to inspire him.
